Here is our shipping and handling policy details

  • ***PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE*** MAKE SURE BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER THAT THE SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT AND VERIFIED. BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 2019, WE WILL NO LONGER BE ACCEPTING SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGES OR UPDATES AFTER AN ORDER IS SUBMITTED, AS THIS CAUSES DELAYS IN SHIPPING. YOU MUST CALL WITHIN AN HOUR OF PLACING YOUR ORDER, DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS (MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY FROM 9:00 AM PST TO 5:00 PM PST) AND NOTIFY US IF THERE IS A MISTAKE OR AN UPDATE NEEDED WITH THE SHIPPING ADDRESS. FAILURE TO DO THIS WILL RESULT IN YOUR ORDER GETTING RETURNED TO US IF THE ADDRESS IS UNDELIVERABLE, IN WHICH CASE PLEASE READ BELOW. ALIEN FRESH JERKY ONLINE WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR MISSPELLINGS, INCORRECT, UNREADABLE, OR OTHERWISE, UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESSES SUBMITTED AS SHIPPING ADDRESSES. BY SUBMITTING YOUR ONLINE ORDER, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THIS AND THE FOLLOWING PARAGRAPHS.  
  • PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT THE SHIPPING ADDRESS CAN BE ACCESSED BY THE USPS POSTAL SERVICE.
  • We currently ship USPS Priority Mail, USPS First Class Mail, and FedEx Home Delivery.
  • Orders typically take 24 to 72 hours to process and ship after being received, but may take an additional time, or longer, if a product happens to be low on inventory or unexpectedly unavailable.
  • Once processed and handed to USPS, it can take anywhere from 1 to a max of 5 business days for your order to arrive, as long as the ship-to address is correct, there's no unusual sales volume, there's no unforeseen shortages of products, and there are no delays from USPS. We have no control over the order once it is handed-off to USPS. IF THERE ARE ANY ISSUES WITH DELIVERY PLEASE CONTACT YOUR LOCAL USPS OFFICE FOR FURTHER ASSISTANCE AS WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THE SHIPMENT ONCE HANDED TO USPS. IF THE TRACKING STATUS OF AN ORDER SHOWS DELIVERED THE ORDER IS CONSIDERED COMPLETED.
  • Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email, which you can use to track your order.
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday until 3:00 PM PST. Orders received on Friday after 3:01 PM PST, or on Saturday or Sunday, those orders get processed and shipped on Monday or the following business day should that following Monday be a federal holiday. 
  • If we receive an order back to our processing facility due to undeliverability (insufficient address, delivery location not accessible, or for any other reason) your order will be refunded minus the shipping and handling fees. If the order had free shipping, then we will refund the order amount minus a $15 returned processing fee.

THE SHIPPING ADDRESS MUST BE A US / US MILITARY APO / AFO / AP ADDRESS. THE SHIPPING ADDRESS MUST BE VALIDATED BY THE USPS.

IF THE SHIPPING ADDRESS INCLUDES THE NAME OF A COUNTRY THAT IS NOT THE UNITED STATES OR IF THE SHIPPING ADDRESS IS NOT A VALID USPS ADDRESS, THE ORDER WILL NOT SHIP OUT, THE ORDER WILL BE CANCELLED AND REFUNDED.
