Typically, online orders ship within 24-48 hours of receiving and being processed. However, depending on product availability and sales volume, at times, it may take an additional 24-48 hours.
We ship Monday through Friday as orders are processed.
Once your online order is paid for and submitted, it is final.
At this time, you can only order products that are available on our website through our online store. All other products that we carry at our Alien Fresh Jerky Store in Baker, CA, can only be purchased there.

We do not submit customer orders on our end, therefore, all information for any order submitted and paid for is provided by the customer. When the customer checks out, the customer is agreeing to our Shipping & Handling Policy (link to it here), which is very clear about providing the correct shipping address before submitting the order.
We understand that mistakes can happen, and we will do what we can to update minor shipping address errors within reason (these are:

nothing else), as long as the order has not been processed and/or shipped.
Once the order ships, if you provided an incorrect or incomplete address, and the order gets returned to us, we will issue a refund for your order minus the shipping charges. If your shipping was free, a $15 returned order fee will be deducted from the order refund amount.
