Typically, online orders ship within 24-48 hours of receiving and being processed. However, depending on product availability and sales volume, at times, it may take an additional 24-48 hours.
We ship Monday through Friday as orders are processed.
Once your online order is paid for and submitted, it is final.

We do not submit customer orders on our end, therefore, all information for any order submitted and paid for is provided by the customer. Once the order ships, if you provided an incorrect or incomplete address, and the order gets returned to us, we will issue a refund for your order minus the shipping charges. If your shipping was free, a $15 returned order fee will be deducted from the order refund amount.
